Rectory Farm, Ashleworth, GL19 4JL

2020 will see us holding two spectacular five night meets at this working farm in the heart of Gloucestershire. The farms rally field is flat and sheltered, with toilet, shower and dish-washing facilities and farm produce on sale. We have the use of 12 EHU.

VE Day/Bank Holiday meet – 6 -11 May 2020
Friday will see us holding a street party by our Party Marque to capture the euphoria of the VE day celebrations of May 1945.  Music, bunting and flags to create a mood and hopefully some vintage dress and food for the street party.
Early Saturday evening we will be served a fantastic Hog Roast by our landowners, Mike, Angela and Ruth in and around our party marque.

 

Newent Onion Fayre meet – 10 -14 September 2020
The Onion Fayre is held by Newent Lake and throughout the towns streets on Saturday 12 September and is an annual event, Newent is approximately 7 miles from Rectory Farm.  Enjoy all the fun of the fair and this  festival celebrating the noble onion, with music, stalls, vegetable show and the famous onion eating competition. Early Saturday evening we will be served a fantastic Hog Roast by our landowners, Mike, Angela and Ruth in and around our party marque.

Other attractions close by are Gloucester with its Cathedral and other attractions if you want culture, for the  shopperholics amongst you, Gloucester Quays is also in easy reach. Cheltenham too is not far away and a further attraction is Gloucester & Warwickshire steam railway.

There is a bus stop opposite the farm gates (request stop) taking you to Gloucester and further afield.

6m North of Gloucester on A417 through Hartpury turn right into Lawn Road by BP garage. *Site 3rd farm on right, Black & White barn on roadside.

From M50 J2 turn South on A417. Turn right when you reach BP garage signpost Ashleworth, *proceed as above.
